Mental Health Therapy for Overachievers

Hey there. Welcome. You made it. You found time to pause a dozen necessary tasks to take care of your needs. Perhaps you are someone that others look up to and think that you have it all. Maybe people wonder how you do it. Balancing a career or school, with family responsibilities, hobbies, and a busy social calendar. It’s possible that you are so used to hiding behind the facade of success that you are afraid someone will notice how all these tasks make you crack on the inside. I see you. Let’s go on a journey of finding your balance.

What Do I Offer?

Mental Health Therapy

I offer therapy to individuals who might identify as overachievers and hardworkers. I love serving people in caring professions - nurses, social workers, teachers, caregivers and parents (yes, parenting is a profession in my opinion). I work well with neurospicy folks and help my clients navigate NT/ND communication. I have a lot of experience working with the BIPOC, immigrant, and LGBTQIA+ communities.

Cost:

Initial Appointment - $270

Consequent Appointments - $220

Clinical Supervision

I offer Clinical Supervision to CSWA’s in Oregon. I have experience working in non-profits, hospital systems and private practice.

Cost:

Individual Clinical Supervision ( 1 hour) - $175

Group Clinical Supervision (2 hours) - $110

Professional Consultation

I offer consultation to licensed and pre-licensed clinicians. Perhaps you need someone to be your soundboard, or you are confused about your experience and not sure what to do next. Maybe you need to talk about a client and you need someone who understands client’s culture.

Cost:

Professional Consultation (1 hour) - $220

Why Do I Do

This Work?

I am one of those annoying people who believe that if enough of us put in an effort, we can make a difference, even if the impact is limited to a few people.

The world has been unstable the last few years - changing systems, changing paradigms, changing relationships and the stress of it all. Therapy is not an all-cure, but it might help.
